Thank you for choosing Intivox AI. We are committed to delivering high-quality services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which payments may be refunded when processed through Razorpay.

1. Subscription Plans

Intivox AI provides subscription-based access (monthly or yearly). All payments are securely processed via Razorpay. Due to the digital nature of our services and instant access upon payment, refunds are typically not issued once a subscription begins.

Monthly Plans

Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically each month. You can cancel anytime, and access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused time.

Yearly Plans

Yearly subscriptions are billed upfront. If cancelled early, service will continue until the end of the 12-month term. No pro-rated refunds are issued unless required by law.

2. Trial Periods & Free Tier

If offered, trial periods or free tiers allow users to evaluate our AI assistant before committing to a paid plan. Once a user upgrades or the trial ends and a charge is made, it is considered final and non-refundable.

3. Exceptions

Refunds may be issued under rare circumstances, such as:

  • Duplicate or erroneous charges via Razorpay.
  • Major service disruptions that prevent access for extended periods, for which Intivox AI is responsible.

To request a refund under exceptional circumstances, email us at support@intivox.com within 14 days of the charge. Include transaction details and any relevant information.

4. Razorpay Disputes

If your payment was processed via Razorpay and you believe there has been a billing error, you may also initiate a dispute resolution process directly via Razorpay. However, we recommend contacting us first to expedite resolution.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued use of our services after updates indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
